Analytics cookies

Google Analytics loads automatically on public pages. It measures page visits and may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits. Google receives browser/device and network information. Analytics cookie lifetime is configured to 180 days.

Advertising cookies

Adsterra banner/native adverts and the Social Bar load automatically on our homepage and guide pages. Adsterra and advertisers may use cookies or similar technology and process device/network information. The technologies used may vary by the adverts served.

Reading pages

The scanner and reading documents contain no analytics or advertising provider scripts. The scanner displays banners in sandboxed frames that cannot access the reading document or camera; those frames may use advertising technology and send device/network information to providers. Your photograph, measured features, and reading stay in document memory and are not stored in cookies or local storage. Refreshing or leaving the reader clears that state.

Browser controls

This site does not display a consent prompt or store consent preferences. You can manage or delete cookies using your browser settings. Browser tracking protection and content blockers may prevent analytics or adverts from loading. The complete reader remains free.
